1. Booking & Appointments
All appointments must be booked through our official system. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. By booking, you agree to attend at the scheduled time.
2. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Results & Satisfaction
Cosmetic tattooing is an art, not a science. Healed results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. While we strive for perfection, no specific results can be guaranteed.
4. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions and allergies prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may be unsafe for the client.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Liability
Nina Gashi is not liable for any reactions or complications that arise from failure to follow aftercare instructions or non-disclosure of medical conditions.
